It's Starting to Click...

Not really a question. Just wanted to express my excitement (and love of Treehouse!). I've been working through the courses during my spare time for about 5 months.

While working through the Website modules, I followed along and then made a few very simple sites by just replacing colors and images with my own.

The past week I worked up sketches and wireframes of my own site. Then I coded the header, footer, index page and an email form with HTML, CSS, and PHP.

Holy cow!! I can actually do it :)

It's not live yet, but I'm so happy with what I have finished so far. Thank you Treehouse and everyone who contributes so many resources to the forum.

I love this site!

Third!!!

I have been using the courses for about 3 months now. The SQL course actually improved my pre certification scores by 10 points and allowed me to get the first of three.

Now I just need to get php to talk to my databases on the first try .....

I agree with all three of you guys. I am in school right now my last semester to become a web developer and using treehouse in my free time has helped me get a level of understanding that i didnt think was going to be possible for me. Now i can sit down and just let my brain go to town coding html css javascript. I started my own freelance business and started making my own website for it using bootstrap framework and unbelievably i understand what i am doing...
