Hi everyone! Recently I've been getting more and more confused with the courses to the point where I'm starting to feel frustrated. Ever since the closures course, things are just starting to not make sense and are leaving me extremely confused. Now I'm in the middle of the build a weather app course, and the instructor is adding in tons of different methods and keywords like NSJSONSerialization, NSURLRequest, etc. that I've never even seen before. Now I feel like I am just copying things from the videos instead of actually learning what it means, because I know nothing about those things. Has anyone else gotten this issue before? I'm not sure what to do anymore to make things more clear.
Thank you for your help!

15,326 PointsHi! And sorry for your frustration :/ but believe me we've all been there! A common cause could be from trying to learn too much, too fast. I'd go back to where you first got stuck, see if anything new makes sense and if not, hop back into the forum and ask for clarity. There's a bunch of help for you--myself included, and we all want to see one another succeed so if there's anything specific we can help you with please feel free to let us know :)

Treehouse Guest TeacherI'd suggest that if you find yourself moving FORWARD while still unsure of where you ARE or where you've been, then you are moving too fast. I'd try re-watching some of the videos covering topics you are unsure of or finding other spots on-line that will give you some alternative perspectives. For example, if you don't know what "NSJSONSerialization and NSURLRequest" are try checking out the Apple Documentation for them.
Also, if you are feeling like your efforts to learn might help from a tune-up or some new tips, I recently wrote a a blog post which might help you out...or at the very least, give you a a break from banging out syntax :)
