2,065 PointsI've signed as a developer @ apple about a week ago, but still didn't get any response
It says that it takes about 2 business days for approval, yet still I did not get any confirmation mail. I've tried applying my apple account @ xcode, but there are no certificates available.

If after 2 days you don't receive an email it can generally mean one of the following reasons.
- Apple are still trying to verify your information
- Your request was denied
- The email has gone to your junk folder
If your credit card shows a transaction I would advise you to contact Apple's developer support as they can verify whether or not something went wrong.

I realised that when I went on my http://developer.apple.com and there was a pending notice. In my case the problem was about updating my billing address, even though my Apple ID had all the proper information. Apple will guide you in what is missing. After that its another waiting game so that they approve the payment.
