i've sought assistance through tech support, maybe someone here can tell me whats up

does anyone else have any issues trying to start the javascript advanced make a website tutorial? It comes up on my library page, but when i click on it, it says error, I have Chalkey doing the intro but thats it. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Hi Erika,

I've noticed occasions of workspace heartburn in my track.. Workspace won't load, slow to load, stuff like that.

One time I did contact support, but the problem resolved before they got back with me. On another occasion, workspace problems went on for a couple of days, then resolved by itself.

I have no answer, just a couple of observations..

Thanks Cal, And here I sit, still waiting on someone from tech to tell me whats up . It still gives me the bummer something happened error message when I try to click on it. It's becoming frustrating and I'm getting a bit irritated that no one has returned my emails.
