Java

Java Basics & Java Objects the only Java teaching available on Treehouse?

I'm confused. I was under the impression that Treehouse offered more training than just introductory tutorials. Am I missing something here or have I already learned all I can about Java here with those two courses?

They are consistently adding more courses, in completing the last one Craig mentioned that he was going to have one more "beginner course" then it might be moved to intermediate level. Java is new to treehouse, it will take time to have a large amount of courses available, however I'm sure more are on the way.

Hi Nathan,

We are working on adding more Java specific courses. In the meantime I suggest diving into the Android Development track there's lots more fun courses over there that will keep you learning!

I will keep you posted on upcoming courses as they are being worked on.

Do you have something in particular you are hoping to learn?

Thanks!

any chance we will be seeing some Java web development courses using a framework like grails?

Hey Stone Preston !

Yeah I definitely plan to delve into Web Development, I plan to start with the Spring Framework. I also do plan to touch on Groovy, which I assume will lead straight into a little Grails.

btw...Thanks for all your help!
