Java basics or intro to Android Dev?

Hello all, I am trying to get into development for Android. I was curious to see what your opinions on when taking some of the Tracks, after completing the Java basics Treehouse recommended I learn beginner Android Dev. Should I jump into that Track directly or should I finish the entire Java course prior to entering development for Android?

Personally, I'd recommend taking the Java Objects course as well before heading into Android. That should give you a solid base to work from when you start the Intro to Android course.
