Java Java Objects (Retired) Meet Objects Creating New Objects

Java constructor challenge

I am confused on this challenge, please help.

Example.java
public class Example {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        System.out.println("We are going to create a GoKart");

     new GoKart("color");
      System.out.printf("The result from the method is %s", getColor("GoKart"));

    }
}

Hey Sara,

public class Example {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        System.out.println("We are going to create a GoKart");

        GoKart gokart = new GoKart("red");
        gokart.getColor();
    }
}

You created the object just fine, however you do need to print the object by calling the getColor method.

Cheers

And use gokart.getColor() just like you did in the printf statement.
