Java repl !

Can someone please help me installing Java repl, it's driving me mad !!! The workspace has never worked for me so i'm doing the coding in Notepad ++ but how do i install the repl so i can use it on my command prompt, i have a Windows 10. Please help me !

I have downloaded it and installed it, it just is driving me mad
