Java tools- About Gradle

I am using Android Studio, After I creaed a new project. the bottem shows Gradle "Project" refresh failed Error:Connection reset.

Are you using a Mac or Windows computer ?.

I used windows 8. I solved that problem, I find the downloading URL, then downloaded the ZIP flie by myself, then I added to the right path. The problem I think is I am in China. hahah, goverment blocked the internet for this software to download the required flies.
