You've got the code that loads the external file, but it's up in the head area. The instructions said "Make sure to add your code inside the <body> of the page." The script tags that are currently in the body section aren't part of this challenge.

Then for task 2, all the script code should be in the other file (on the other tab). And instead of placing a heading on the page, the instructions ask for "the code for an alert dialog with the message 'I DID IT!'"
