Yesterday I finished the JavaScript Basics course and I can't praise it highly enough. It's easily the best JavaScript course there is on Treehouse, and I've learned so much from taking it in a way that I haven't necessarily done in other courses. So thanks to Dave McFarland for making the course and making it fun and informative. It's easily the most fun I've had on a Treehouse course.
I'm just curious as to whether there are any further courses in this ilk planned for the future that explore some of the more advanced parts of JS, like Objects for instance.
I realise there's a course that does this a little bit already in the JavaScript Foundations course. But the foundations course is very information intensive and I don't think it breaks down the concepts enough although it does of course talk about some very useful things.
I just think that the Basics course offers the perfect balance of tuition, and review with the quizzes and challenges and have a wonderful presentation style to them. Will there be a natural continuation of the Basic course in the future I wonder?
I'd be very interested to hear about this. :-)

Treehouse TeacherHI Jonathan Grieve,
Thank you for the praise. I'm glad you like my course. I am working on a second course -- JavaScript Loops, Arrays and Objects -- which will be coming out in the new year. It is a continuation from the JavaScript Basics course.
I'll be adding more JavaScript courses in the future as well. Viva JavaScript!!!
