Javascript date stamp problem!

Hey, why doesnt my date timer, show up in Internet explorer but it does in Chrome, does IE not support it?

are there any errors? what html tags and css attr's are you using. browser support is something most developers and designers come across. you can do a goole search and find some IE shims to use to help cross browser support

It works now, i restarted my computer. but i have another issue, on IE 11 my linear-gradient background doesnt display. its just a white background. how do i fix this? do i have to create a fallback background?
