JavaScript not reflected in browser

I'm working on the :

Websites>Build an Interactive Website>Form Validation and Manipulation >Checking Values

I can't get my browser (Chrome, FireFox, IE) to reflect any of the JavaScript we are implementing which is making following along very difficult.

I feel like it's an issue of enabling something in the browser as opposed to the accuracy of the code because the files don't display correctly even when viewed (pre-manipulation) from the "download project files" link.

I've been working locally and even tried placing on WAMP, but both methods had no luck.

Please help.

Sincerely, Roscoe Tarnove

Resolved. Not sure what the fix was. Thanks anyway.
