Javascript Refactor Challenge RandomColorCircles

This is my solution. I taught functions will make this most compressive non repetitive code block. This challenge is super fun!

function RandomNumber(Upper) { return Math.floor(Math.random() * Upper); }

function RandomColor() { return "rgb(" + RandomNumber(256) + "," + RandomNumber(256) + "," + RandomNumber(256) + ")"; }

function RandomColorCircle(num) {
  var html = "";
  for (var a = 0; a < num; a += 1) {
   html += "<div style=\"background-color:" + RandomColor() + "\"></div>";
  }
  return html;
}

document.write(RandomColorCircle(10));
