Job Interview Questions

Hey guys, So I taught myself to code through Treehouse and was lucky enough to land a tech job a little over 10 months ago. Since then I have had the opportunity to interview new developer candidates that come through our recruiting department. I remember when I was first starting to test out the job market, I didn't really know what to expect from an interview, and in retrospect I wasn't as prepared as I could have been when I interviewed the first few times.

After being on the other side of the table for a lot of interviews, I have been able to get some good inside perspectives about what companies might be looking for, so I've started compiling a list of general questions I ask during the interviews I conduct, as well as other things job candidates can do to stand out. I know an article/list like this would have been really helpful for me when I was first testing out the job market, and I hope it may be of some benefit to those of you that are approaching the time to start looking into hitting the interview circuit.

Riley Hilliard Thank you for the great post! Very helpful, I'm moving to LA and kinda nervous about interviewing and finding a junior position to start with.
