In what stage of app design should I work on Journey Maps? Should I have created website for using Journey Maps or it could be used for Concept Phase?

9,303 PointsYou will use the journey map when you want to design and contextualize the experience of your user in different steps and touching points of this user and your product.
For example: you have an e-commerce and you would like to use a journey map to understand better how your user will do the purchase from the product page, cart screen, payment, etc...
