Sometimes I've hit a subject that I find hard to grasp and I've had to watch a lesson many times before it has really sunk in!
You should remember that the lessons here cater for a whole range of abilities - If you feel you need more support than the video can offer, don't be afraid to ask.
If you can pose a specific question, someone will certainly help.
