JQuery animation library

Hello, I came across this website : http://www.scalus.com/

It has animations on both words and icons at the "Create A Workflow In 4 Easy Steps" and "Built To Scale Your Team" section.

Is there a JQuery animation library that can achieve these effects?

Chances are, these were accomplished using a css animation library. Looking at the way the page looks, bootstrap could have been used potentially.

There are plugins like WOW.js that is animation.css friends if you are looking for some snappy animations. I would also recommend giving this a look
