jQuery Installation

Could someone help me troubleshoot my jQuery installation? I went to the website and downloaded the compressed version and moved it to J-scripts folder for the interactive website project; however, none of the jQuery stuff works. Thank you.

Make sure the file name is correct and that the directory is pointing to the right direction. Also you might want to put the script tags at the bottom of your body if you haven't already done that.
