jquery toggle manu is not working. please help me find out the error.

The jQuery "toggleClass" method takes a class name as an argument, not a selector..

And though you didn't show the HTML or CSS this code works with, I'd bet the class name this is intended to toggle is "visible" (and doesn't actually start with a period).
