.js in html causes IE to throw an active X warning ?

Dear all,

I am making a website for myself it's going well at the moment I have it showing the menu button when I shrink it down and the menu comes out when you press the button.

This works no problems on my iphone and chrome or firefox however when I open it in IE I get an active X error thrown up at the bottom and the menu doesnt work until I click ok.

I have open other peoples sites who use js and they don't have this issue.

Would be great if someone could throw some light on this.

Thanks in advance.

what IE version you're using?
