JSON Task 2

Hi. I'm not sure how to do this. Here's my syntax:

require "json"

json_string = <<-STR
  { "name": "Treehouse", "location": "Portland, OR" }
STR

JSON.parse(json_string)
json_output

Thanks in advance.

Hi Sean,

you are quite close..the challenge asks that you save the parsed JSON to the 'treehouse' variable

require 'json'
json_string = <<-STR
  { "name": "Treehouse", "location": "Portland, OR" }
STR
treehouse = JSON.parse(json_string)

cheers

Thanks Andi. So if I've got this right:

output_variable = JSON.parse(variable_being_parsed)
