Just curious why the format of the Teacher's Notes switched up for this Unit?

Seems like the format for the Teacher's notes switched up for Unit 04. In the previous units they just highlighted key points and commands that were essential to remember, or external resources which I found very helpful in note taking. Now it is just a copy/paste of the video transcript?
