Just finished the Python Techdegree. What now?

I just passed the final exam last night. I worked hard on all of the projects, did all the exceeds expectations requirements, and am generally happy with my work. But I still have no idea how to translate this to actual paying work.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look? Also, I would assume anyone hiring for programming would give applicants something like a short test project to demonstrate skills, right?

I'm not sure what the techdegree program covers, but you might see if the Intermediate Python track offers anything you haven't already done.

You might try applying your skills to problem solving challenges on any of the many code practice sites around. There's a sample list of them in this previous question.
