Just lost all the coding on my style.css.

I just lost all the coding done on the styles.css for my first project.I did not delete it .It just got removed.Can any body help to retrieve this code.?

Have you tried CTRL + Z? If that didn't work then I am afraid you will have to start over. Remember to save your code often :)
