Yes, you are right.

The binary 01001011 translates to - (2^7 X 0) + (2^6 X 1) + (2^5 X 0) + (2^4 X 0) + (2^3 X 1) + (2^2 X 0) + (2^1 X 1) + (2^0 X 1) = 0 + 64 + 0 + 0 + 8 + 0 + 2 + 1 = 75
