just wanted to ask why i dont get the taco emoji

That little rectangle is typically displayed for a character code that isn't available in your screen font. So it looks like Python converted the name to the code correctly, but your computer isn't displaying it as a symbol.

Make sure you are using curly braces.

If it still doesn't work, I would suggest maybe updating your IDE.

Yeah! Looks like it is just like Steven Parker said. You got the format right, I just think the font is too small and it is not rendering the emoji.
