Keep getting an error

i keep getting this error on Xcode when trying to adjust some preferences on General>Identity and fix issue. I did enrol in the apple developer program and signed in on the Team part of the form.

Unable to create a provisioning profile because your team has no devices registered in the Member Center. Please connect a device, enable it for development, and add it to the Member Center using the Organizer.

please if anybody has an idea of what is going on

Go to Xcode>Preferences and just click View Details.. in bottom right and just make sure its all valid. Apart from that it is usually a case of closing down xcode, re-launching and reconnecting a device. If you have paid already I would advice messaging apple support straight away as the longer you can't use your apps on devices, the more you miss out on.

I'm also having this problem, and closing/relaunching X-code did not fix it.

I too face the same problem. I am working on Xcode 7 with iPhone 5s connected. please help how to fix the issue. I have enrolled in apple development community today and my request is in pending state from apple, does the issue get fixed once I get apple development membership ?
