Keep getting error

Hello, I am working on a Mac Book Pro with El Capitan. Installed Desktop Server no problem. When I go to install WP, upon clicking the install link, I seem to be getting the same 404 error referenced in other posts. However, none of the offered solutions have resolved my issue. Any ideas?

Not really a solution but I got this the first time in safari but then ran it again calling the project wpdemo1 and it seemed to work.

a 404 error means (correct me if i'm wrong) that the page your trying to reach doesn't exist so something might have went wrong with your installation initally or maybe we should have restarted our Mac before going ahead with the install?

So I also just discovered that when opening Desktop server again, one can click on "Sites" on the bottom left and go to the list of sites created and then click on the "Dashboard" icon on the right to prompt it to set-up. I hope this helps other friends too!

Hi Michael. Thanks so much for the response. Your response encouraged me to give it another go. I went back and realized that the install.txt file and the logo.jpg was still in my libs so I dragged those over as well (not that is should matter but just out of an abundance of caution). I then tried what you suggested and created a 2nd one with a different name and it worked fine. Thanks again!

I had the same issue with site names I created, then I tried webdemo1 and it worked.
