Keep Getting the exception after adding the Internet and Access Network Permission on Android Studio

I don't know whether this is a bug on Android Studio or not, but I keep getting the exception that asking for the INTERNET permission even I already added the permission on AndroidManifest. However, the app is still running like normal.

Here's the exception on the logcat :

java.lang.SecurityException: Permission denied (missing INTERNET permission?)

Anyone knows what's happening here?
