Keep getting Your getter for `firstName` is missing or has an incorrect signature. Make sure... and yet its there?

I have no idea how to fix this. Is this a bug or am I blind?

package com.teamtreehouse.contactmgr.model;

public class Contact {
    private int id;
    private String firstName;
    private String lastName;
    private String email;

    public int getId() {
        return id;
    }

    public void setId(int id) {
        this.id = id;
    }

    public String getFirstName() { // here you are returning a string therefore you should add "String"
        return firstName;
    }

    public void setFirstName(String firstName) {

// here you are setting a variable to value and not returning anything. Therefore, you need to use "void"
        this.firstName = firstName;
    }

    public String getLastName() {
        return lastName;
    }

    public void setLastName(String lastName) {
        this.lastName = lastName;
    }

    public String getEmail() {
        return email;
    }

    public void setEmail(String email) {
        this.email = email;
    }
}

Main Class:

package com.teamtreehouse.contactmgr.model;

public class Main {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        Contacts contact = new Contacts();
        contact.setFirstName("damien");
        System.out.println(contact.getFirstName());
    }
}

You cannot use String before the method name setfirstname as you are not returning anything. It should be void.

Your code:

public String setfirstName(String firstName){
  this.firstName=firstName;
}

Fix:

public void setfirstName(String firstName){
  this.firstName=firstName;
}

True, I was dozing. but I am still getting the same error.

Could you post your main method as well? It works with me.

Don't have another class. Only got Contact.java Did I misunderstood something on this task?

I fixed it. forgot the camle case..
