PHP

Knowledgeable MySQL / PHP developer needed for paid work!

Hi guys, I'm not sure if you're able to make job offer threads, but I think you should, it's helping the good people of the forum. I have a friend that needs some pretty deep E-commerce migration and work with databases that I'm just not capable of at the moment, so please if you think you are capable of the following, don't hesitate to contact me and I'll put you in contact with my friend. :)

  • Must have strong experience with PHP, PHPList, PHPMailer, Cron Jobs, Java.
  • Strong knowledge of bulk (opt-in) E-mail sending practices.
  • Mysql background deep knowledge design and administration.
  • HTML and Javascript knowledge -Good in english, and a fast and efficient worker.

This is a quote for an E-mail he sent me asking if I knew anyone who could do the job.

"Right now my main estore is broken by an inexperienced webguy I hired a month ago, so it's not been working for a month now since he installed his new platform and program. So I'm told that the extent of damage that has been done to my server is too big, and irreversible so I need to move to a new server and platform. I currently have an old oscommerce platform so am ready for an upgrade! So my big quest it's to find the right guy to move all 8 websites over as well as my phplist, cron jobs, Java, and another integrated mass email server.

Who do you know that's a super high techie person who would know how to set up a new server, understands the back end in depth, and perhaps could do PHP development as well?"

So that's pretty much it, hopefully this could be a win /win situation for my friend and someone on the forum that needs some new clients.

I can take care of that , I have been coding in php for 2 years and half before even joining treehouse.
