label moves when input is focused in safari.

Hello everyone, I'm finishing up Project 3 the Online Registration Form. In the desktop layout after changing the label and input elements to inline-block, when the input element is in the focused state the label element moves up and down slightly. This only seems to be an issue in Safari. Has anyone else had this issue? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
