Lake Tahoe preview page wont load. Comes up blank

Yesterday my CSS practice page stopped loading properly in the browser. I stupidly assumed it was a problem with the site, but today the lake Tahoe practice sheet continues to appear as a blank site. I do not think there is any problem with my code to make this happen.

You can download the project files and compare what you have to the finished project. Sometimes I will copy the code over just to do a sanity check and then troubleshoot the cause.
