I just started the new Laravel course and it's great! I would like to be able to do some of the coursework at work when I have nothing to do. The problem is our computers are really locked down and I can't install the tools necessary to run a Laravel environment. Is there some kind of online simulator where I can just learn the framework and practice the code?
