Hi all. I am making a website at the minute and the gallery has around 100 photos on the page as thumbnails. I am going to be using a Lightbox, very similar to the one in the 'Jquery basics' tutorial.
I am thinking to decrease loading times the best way would be to save the images for web and decrease the quality for thumbnail and to upload the original image on load?
Is this the best way?

Try to find the perfect area between file size and quality.
