Launch space not working

When I click launch space the window pops up but never loads. Rebooting Chrome doesn't work, neither does launching site on another computer please help.

Maybe not a direct solution to your problem but HTML and CSS can be written in most text editors, or you can download html and css editor applications that do all the fancy stuff workspace's does. Also, you can download the workspace files onto your computer. To view them in your browser, all you gotta do is drag the html file into your browser window.
