On line 27 - does the "<p> .... <p>" finishes that way, instead of "<p> ... </p>" with the slash at the end (</p>) ? Just curious :)

A closing tag always has a slash.

Did you watch the entire video? In some videos the instructor makes a deliberate error to show you how to detect and then corrects the error later.

If you see two opening tags in proper code, that would be a case of element nesting, and both of them would have closing tags later on.
