Is this how you wrote it? The opening comment is backwards and would mess things up.

Should be

/* selected nav link */

Do you use any !important rules for the color of ul's, li's, or a's?

Hover seems to be working for me in Chrome. Maybe show your entire CSS file? Cheers!

Switching to /* selected nav link */ did the trick. Thank you Jeff

I would love to see your style sheet and how you wrote the code for the 'hover' part. I cannot get the darn thing to work. I posted this on another page that was discussing this problem:

Still not working when i try nav link:hover , I do not think that the word 'link' should be there. here is what I am trying:

nav a { color: #fff; }

nav a:hover { color: 32673f; }

Does not work even after II retype it to make sure my spaces are right
