Link element attributes

I would like to know what are the minimum/necessary number of attributes needed to include an external CSS file inside of an HTML file.

I currently use these attributes in a CSS link element:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="#">

You should also have rel="stylesheet"

For some reason I didn't see your code at first. You have what is needed in HTML5. There was a type text attribute that you often see, but it is not needed now.

Thanks.
