The video implies the link is in the teacher's note but there aren't any to be found.. Could I get the link for the screener form he is using?

Unfortunately, this is a video that is over a year old. The link to the Google Doc no longer exists (I don't know why not). There is no link that I can find that is similar. Sorry :dizzy:
