CSS

Link to normalize.css file not working

I hope someone can help because I have been trying to figure this out for a couple of days reading these forums with no luck. Here is my html code:

  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>Benjamin Harvey | Software Engineer</title>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href"css/normalize.css">
  </head>

I can't get my style sheet to be loaded on my webpage on any browser. I have triple checked the spelling of my css file name and my css folder is located in the root folder with my index.html file. Neither the folder name or file name has any capital letters in it. I have tried deleting the folder and file and re-downloading it from the lesson and re-creating the folder.

I appreciate any advise,

Ben

Hi Benjamin,

Are you not forgetting the equal sign after the href attribute? It's a common misspelling, you know.

  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>Benjamin Harvey | Software Engineer</title>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/normalize.css">
  </head>

Hi Benjamin, it looks like you're missing = after href. Give this a shot.

<link href="css/normalize.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all">

Wow, it sucks how your eyes will pass over something over and over but not see it. Thanks to both of you for the help.
