Link to the Ticketing Website

Hi Devin O'Bryan

Please let us know if there is a link to the website that Sarah is buying the ticket from.

This is to enable us get a clearer and first hand picture of her pain points. For example when you say the button was not clear or not reliable we would like to see this Button and how it really looks like in real life and in a real site. That way we will be better suited to empathize with Stable Sarah.

Right now it just Assumptions which you taught are dangerous.

Thanks,

Great Comment.

Yes, I also think this is a great idea... As right now we are just watching the process.

I don't think that there is an actual website. I believe this is just a prototype used for training.

Agree 100%. Having a site to follow along with to experience as Sarah would be so much more beneficial.

There is no actual website to use, there's only the mockup created for this course. But there is a PDF of the mockup provided in the teacher's notes underneath the video. I'll also link it here: https://treehouse-techdegree-projects.s3.amazonaws.com/ux-design/PDFs/checkout.pdf
