I want to request a course on Linux from basic to advanced , is it possible ?

Currently, Treehouse has the Console Foundations course to help you get started. After you finish up with that you might want to check out Conquering The Command Line: Linux Commands for Developers online book.

If after both of those you are looking to advance your Linux skills ...

I'd recommend you check out the Linux Academy they've got a setup similar to Treehouse, it's all about Linux and using the console. I'd recommend you take their mastering the command line course.
