Little box showing the window size. What is that?

I can see in the video that when you adjust the window size there is a little box showing the windows size in the bottom right corner of the screen which is very cool. I would like to know if it is a chrome extension and what its name.

It's a Chrome extension as you correctly guessed.

I think Viewport Dimensions is the one you are refering to.

If not the right one then just search the Chrome store with "viewport" keyword and choose the one that works for you.
