Live Football Tables added to website

Hi guys,

I am currently building a website where a list of upcoming football fixtures are to be displayed on the page. Once a fixture is clicked the user will be directed to another page containing both of the teams current league table, Their previous results and other information. My question is how would i do this without having to update the website myself? Is it possible?

Thanks in advance

Hi Shaun

Your idea sounds pretty cool! To create a website that updates by itself then you'll need to find a provider that will accommodate your needs (Supplying data about games). Just doing a quick Google search on Sports APIs I found SportsData. SportsData claims to provide real-time information. Also I did a search on ProgrammableWeb and found a bunch of Sports APIs - Sports APIs | ProgrammableWeb. I don't have much knowledge on integrating these sort of things into websites but I'm sure a quick Google search will help!

I hope this post helps in some way and I can't wait to see how your project turns out!
