Local Development Environment Course pseudo-tests challenge

In the Local Development Environment Course, I do not understand the "pseudo-tests" challenge, at all. Can someone help me?

In the challenge, you are to do what is on the TODO list, copy and paste your code in the challenges, and then click 'Check Work' to make sure it runs successfully. Does that make sense?
