localhost3000

I can't connect to local host. All the folders live where they're supposed to. I think my inability to connect is related to a prompt box that was default toggled to 'connect to public networks' and not to private networks. I don't know. That part happened really fast. So did this whole walk through.

Any ideas why I can't connect?

And rails server is running inside the vm? Also, you're trying to connect to http://localhost:3000/ with the ":" between, right?

yessir. I was able to pull up all the folders where they were supposed to be (treehouse, projects, testapp.) Seems the only thing that doesn't work is localhost.

I overlooked the colon. That's gotta be the deal. Will let you know. Thanks. Ben
