I am a starter in website designing, I want to create a log in section that includes "username" and "password" blanks. What is the CSS for that? Thank you!

there are many plugins that are available depending on the platform that you have used to build the site. Also, check out http://www.smileycat.com/design_elements/login_forms/ and http://box.mepholio.com/collections/13/recent for some good examples.

Generally, your login page will not be built purely with CSS...
