Looking for a wordpress theme

Hi guys,

I am looking for a starting point in makiing a site similar to www.cracked.com

Could you please recommend a theme that will enable me to customize it and make it look like the above?

Or if you have any ideas on how I could achieve this, please let me know.

You could always design & build your own... Then you'll get exactly what you want ;)

But if you want to purchase a theme, this theme seems like it could work well for you. You can customize most aspects of it.

I just started the Wordpress track here so I barely have any idea how to build my own theme :) I hope I'll be able to do so pretty soon :)

I would go through the WP track, follow along and build the portfolio site. Then go through it again but this time trying to build your own site with different functionality. This tests how well you understand / remember what you've learned.
